“Bill’s professionalism and attention to detail when working with our interior designer have enabled us to complete our re-models efficiently and timely. He brings a common sense way of doing things to a project. I believe he has helped up enhance our buildings and bring them into the new era. Bill plans not only for how our buildings should look today but how they will appear five years from now.
Bill has been responsive to me seven days a week. If he didn’t answer the phone immediately, he would get back to me within thirty minutes. I personally believe that he is the most responsive individual in the building business that I’ve ever worked with.”

Every aspect of working with Souder Bros. was a pleasure. When you believe client satisfaction is dependent on high standards, such as quality of work, accessibility, attention to and coordination of many details, as well as schedule managing, you want to work with people who respect, understand and operate similarly; that is Souder Brothers. Always professional and amiable, I have nothing but praise for this Company and highly recommend you choose Souder Brothers Construction for your next project”

“We downsized to a small 130 year old twin home in Doylestown Boro. Although well maintained, the home was long overdue for some updating. Starting with the 3rd floor, Souder Bros Construction listened to our (sometimes crazy) ideas and transformed 3 dark small rooms into 2 beautiful offices with a great loft space in the center. Their attention to detail is evident - they removed and saved the original nails and beams and used them in the new loft area and made it look like it was always there. It took great skill to combine the old and new given the many unusual angles - some existing and some new with the addition of a beautiful dormer, and they integrated everything in perfect proportion. The dormer window is gorgeous both in form and function. Every single person working here was courteous, polite, incredibly skilled, fully engaged and left the place spotless every day! Souder Brothers combines a rare combination of skill, professionalism and creativity to deliver an beautiful product while making the process pleasant and exciting!”
“I had my floors redone, new molding put in, new lighting in my living room and den, speakers put in the ceiling and stereo equipment moved to a closet, TV set up, painting. Everything was great. It was done on time, the guys were professional, really nice, accommodating, nice to my animals. The work is beautiful.”
“After working with Bill Souder on a relatively small project in 2008, I knew that when it came time to renovate my kitchen Bill is the one I would call. Any kitchen renovation involves a confounding number of details and opportunities for things to go awry but I went into this project with total confidence that I'd be in good hands and that my project would go as smoothly as possible. Bill is not just an extremely organized and knowledgeable project manager, he's a good communicator and has great design sense. When I told Bill that I wanted to purchase reclaimed oak flooring and have it laid in a herringbone pattern, he worked out the proportions of the boards and presented me with a beautiful scaled drawing for my approval. Everyone who Bill brought to my project was a craftsman who took pride in the quality of their work and made me feel that they really cared about my project. This was evident all through the process and really shows in the finished result. It was truly a pleasure to work with such a top notch group.”
