Quaker Valley Foods - Phase II Commercial Renovation

Souder Brothers Construction completed this 8,000 sq. ft. fit out at Quaker Valley Foods in September of 2015. It was the second project completed at this location in a two year span. In addition to construction services, the project also implemented Souder Brothers' design-build and budget-consulting services. This commercial renovation was completed without the services of an architect, so the entire design plan was completed in-house by Souder Brothers.
The goal of the renovation project was to upgrade multiple areas throughout the building including various offices, a large conference room, break room, and repurpose existing spaces.
Notable project features include the installation of new millwork and Zodiac countertops in the break room, and a custom stonework feature wall in the conference room.
