"We downsized to a small 130 year old twin home in Doylestown Boro. Although well maintained, the home was long overdue for some updating. Starting with the 3rd floor, Souder Bros Construction listened to our (sometimes crazy) ideas and transformed 3 dark small rooms into 2 beautiful offices with a great loft space in the center. Their attention to detail is evident - they removed and saved the original nails and beams and used them in the new loft area and made it look like it was always there. It took great skill to combine the old and new given the many unusual angles - some existing and some new with the addition of a beautiful dormer, and they integrated everything in perfect proportion. The dormer window is gorgeous both in form and function. Every single person working here was courteous, polite, incredibly skilled, fully engaged and left the place spotless every day! Souder Brothers combines a rare combination of skill, professionalism and creativity to deliver a beautiful product while making the process pleasant and exciting!"

As an architect, I have worked with Souders Brothers Construction over the past 8 years on many projects. Souder Brothers have done three extensive projects for us, the most recent being the bathroom featured in the recent pictures at found at http://www.houzz.com/projects/181816/Bryn-Mawr-Bathroom-Renovation. Without exception they have employed skilled craftsmen who are careful, neat and creative in dealing with the inevitable surprises that emerge in any construction project. They have worked carefully with our architect Ellen Varenhorst to transform parts of our house into areas that fit our needs perfectly. The quality of their workmanship is superb.

Souder Brothers handled our project from start to finish. We are a large car dealership that underwent an image update. We are very happy with the results and especially how Bill and Tom handled everything. Overall great experience with Souder Brothers Construction, Inc. The attention to detail and responsiveness by the Project Manager Corinne was what made the renovations to our companies bathrooms so easy and perfect. We set a deadline date for when we wanted our bathrooms completed and they hit the date easily.
