We’re a family-owned construction firm with deep roots in the industry. Our story began in 1978, when brothers Bill and Tom Souder decided to launch a general contracting business focused on quality, service, and long-term relationships.  Over the years, the Souder brothers explored different opportunities and at one point went to work for another successful GC in the area for over a decade. In 2009, during the worst economic time in recent history, the pair decided to reopen Souder Brothers Construction—proving their unwavering dedication to the craft and their clients.  

That same dedication is what drives every member of our team today. As local commercial contractors serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey, we bring personalized attention, craftsmanship, and expertise to every project.
