The Souder Brothers Difference: How We Deliver Success

Does your contractor care about your project as much as you do? They should!

Here at Souder Brothers, the success of a project and the happiness of our clients is our top priority. Good enough is not good enough for us. What’s the difference between us and the other guy? Let us tell you:

We Always Look Out for Our Customer

We don’t build things the way they’re shown on paper if they don’t make sense. A lot of contractors take architectural plans as gospel. Sometimes on plans, things get missed or weren’t thought all the way through. If we feel we need to make a change, we will bring it to your attention before proceeding. This is the most cost-effective way to approach challenges with customers. We don’t want to see you spend extra money unnecessarily.

We’re on Site Every Day

We pride ourselves on doing the right thing for our client. It’s not always easy to keep control on a job site when there are multiple trades and a lot of work going on in every direction. We make sure we always have Souder Brothers employees on every job site. Other GC’s sub out 100% of their work, which leaves no one on site to manage subcontractors. Souder Brothers employs a team of in-house carpenters, which allows us to keep control over the project. All of our superintendents are working superintendents, which means they are on site directing subcontractors, but are simultaneously working with their hands keeping the project moving forward. It’s because of our in-house carpenters that we are able to pay such close attention to detail on every project. We know it’s the little things that make a difference.

We Don’t Lowball Bids

It’s unfortunate, but this happens all the time. Company owners or homeowners think they’re getting a great deal, until they sign the contract and the change orders start pouring in. We provide thorough bids – every time. Inevitably changes happen on projects, but we do our best to make sure everything is covered from the get go. We never intentionally leave items out of a bid we know will be needed to complete a project only to tell the customer about it later. We find it best practice to be up front with our clients during the whole process.

Over the years we’ve seen it all so we know what it takes to create a successful project. You should never have to lower your expectations or settle for a job you are not happy with. Rest assured that if you hire Souder Brothers we will make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your project. Call us today for an estimate!
