“Recently I purchased my first home and had a considerable number of ideas on what needed to be done in order to complete my living room. When I met with Bill Souder, who came out to my home and began brainstorming ideas that would work, I knew I was with a professional who was creative and thought outside of the box. Being as indecisive a person as I am, I was very impressed and appreciated Bill's level of patience, detail and willingness to allow me to find my way to his suggestions on my own. He was always positive, optimistic, and very considerate throughout the planning stage. I ended up having a large sliding door moved from one side of the living room, down to the other, while replacing a closet that blocked the entry way from the view of the outside pool. The door replaced the closet, with the hope of being able to look down the main foyer and see directly outside to the pool instead of looking at a bulky closet that took up to much space.
Once I accepted the Souder Brother proposal, after interviewing 3 other contractors, and the work began, let’s just say, I was even more impressed at the level of detail in the work, and even more so, the level of cleanliness and respect to my home that was exhibited.
