St. James Street Kitchen Remodel

Philadelphia, PA

This residential kitchen remodel took place on St. James Street in Philadelphia. The owner wanted to take on the role of designing the kitchen herself so it would be functional for her lifestyle. Based on the owner's tastes we were able to incorporate modernized appliances, plenty of cabinet storage space, and an open display area where wine bottles can be stored. One focal point of this kitchen is the reclaimed oak flooring which was installed in a herringbone pattern. Other features include granite counter tops, stainless steel pendant lights, under cabinet and above cabinet lighting, and reeded glass panels in the cabinets. Souder Brothers Construction was happy to take the owner's ideas for a dream kitchen and fit all the pieces together to arrive at a beautiful end result.

Updated Kitchen

The newly renovated kitchen is designed to be functional for the customer's needs. It features new cabinets with reeded glass panels, reclaimed oak flooring set in a herringbone pattern, new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and new light fixtures.
