Hair Salon Build Out

An existing split level house located in Skippack, PA was zoned for commercial use and renovated into a multi-suite hair salon. The owner has opened the first salon in the area with this new concept: hairstylists can rent salon space to run their own business without the expenses of owning a salon. Rental space is fully furnished and ready for clients.

On the exterior of the building handicap ramps and railings were installed to comply with ADA code. Clients can enter through a large enclosed glass vestibule that was previously a porch. The hair salon is a secure building, featuring a telecom system that allows clients to be buzzed into the building from the newly renovated modern style lobby/waiting area. Souder Brothers reworked the interior partitions to create 3 studio salons, all approximately 250 sq. ft. in size. The project was a complete turnkey operation from start to finish.
