Commercial Bathroom Renovation
Doylestown, PA
Souder Brothers Construction approached this project as a design/build, working with the owner to come up with a floor plan and design. The challenge of this commercial bathroom renovation was to make the 1980's era bathroom look as large as possible. Souder Brothers enlarged the area by removing space from the adjacent service shop, and also made it appear larger by installing the high hats in between the ceiling joists instead of below them. The goal of this project was to modernize the bathroom and make it more upscale for both customers and employees by using all of the latest technology, including touch free faucets, toilets, urinals, lights, and paper towel dispensers. Temporary bathrooms were successfully coordinated without disruption so the project could be completed while the business remained operational, which was a necessity for the owner. The bathroom got a complete overhaul and now features beautiful ceramic tile, granite counter tops, and a warm color scheme, in addition to being ADA compliant.
