Penn Valley Pump develops and manufacturers pumps for municipal, industrial, and chemical applications, and was in need of additional space to support their growing company. Souder Brothers construction worked with architect Gerry Higgins (G. Higgins & Associates Architects, Doylestown) to construct new office space and enlarge an existing manufacturing area.

The addition project in Bucks County, PA included a large conference room, new tech bathroom, offices, reception area, and enlarged manufacturing shop. The manufacturing shop included 3 large skylights to bring in natural light in addition to the standard lighting that was installed.

In order to comply with Warrington Township code, the additon required the installation of a sprinkler system, which meant bringing in a new 6” water main from the street to service the building. The project also included various site work with an underground storm water management system.
