McCafferty Kia

The addition/renovation project at McCafferty Kia was performed in phases. This was done to keep disruptions to a minimum as the entire project was completed while the dealership was open and operating. Phase 1 consisted of a 108' x 30’ addition to the existing building was built to be used as a new detail shop with 8 new detail bays. Phase 2 of this commercial renovation project included renovations the showroom, office areas, and exterior. The body shop offices, service write up offices, sales offices, and bathrooms were all given a total overhaul to bring the appearance of the dealership up to date. The exterior façade was replaced in order to meet new Kia design images. Exterior work also included new LED lot lighting and parking lot resurfacing with a brick paver display area to showcase vehicles in front of the showroom.
