This work was completed through our implementation of a phased construction plan to minimize disruption to the dealership’s operations, ensuring a strategic approach. Challenges

• New LED lighting – Integrated LED lighting throughout the project improved lighting quality and energy efficiency, making the dealership eligible for a cost-saving rebate through PECO Energy Company.
• Durable flooring – Installed stylish and durable ceramic tile flooring for an attractive, long-lasting solution for high-traffic areas.  
• Jeep-branded displays – Added eye-catching display items like a new Jeep Wagoneer cloud in the showroom and a Jeep Mountain vehicle display in the parking lot to accentuate their vehicle offerings.
• Modern aesthetics – Replaced the drop ceiling with a modern style, accompanied by accent lighting and new carpeting.
• Customer lounge upgrades – Upgraded customer amenities by installing a new entertainment system and a water fountain to complement the revamped coffee bar, ensuring a more enjoyable and comfortable visitor experience.

Office spaces

We carried the energy-efficient LED lighting from the showroom into the office space, further accentuating these areas with the following: 

• Glass walls & doors – Installed new glass walls and doors, promoting transparency and a modern feel.
• Locally inspired graphics – Showcased nature-themed wall graphics inspired by local landmarks like the Delaware River to capture the essence of the dealership’s surroundings.
• Custom millwork – Added custom millwork including the office surround, office credenzas, coffee bar, ASM desks, and the cashier booth to add a personalized touch to the interior.

Our renovation extended to the parking lot, where we built a visually captivating Jeep Mountain illuminated with LED lighting, a striking showcase to attract passersby and highlight vehicles.
