Fred Beans Buick GMC

This car dealership renovation transformed a Saab dealership into a new Buick GMC facility. The project included both interior and exterior renovations with construction completed during regular business hours. In order to allow the dealership to remain open for business, the project was done in phases so as not to be a disruption. Souder Brothers gave the exterior of the building a complete facelift, including installing the new prefab Buick/GMC storefront unit. This required detailed planning to achieve perfect alignment for the installation. Souder Brothers was able to give the facade a more modern look using the existing exterior glass windows. The structural overhanging canopy on the right side of the building was also removed to update the appearance. Interior renovations included removal of existing walls, new ceramic tile, new paint to make the space look bright and clean, new lighting, and new decor for a complete transformation.
