CARSTAR Fred Beans

This car dealership renovation/carport addition project served a dual purpose which was to modernize an outdated facility and also rebrand to a CarStar facility. The 2nd floor of the building was not being utilized so Souder Brothers removed the center of the floor for a unique twist and to give the illusion of a larger space. The renovation included a new break room, custom millwork, LVL flooring (which is great because it doesn't show dirt - this is a body shop after all!), and some interesting details like recessed TVs. The bathrooms and waiting lounge were given a facelift and the facility was brought up to code. The exterior construction work featured a new drive thru addition with automatic doors to open where customers can pull their cars in for service and enter the building without having to step foot outside. The parking lot was also redesigned and expanded to allow space for more cars. Check out the gallery to see the transformation!
