Bill Souder is no stranger to hard work, having started his first business mowing lawns at age 12. He worked throughout his teenage years mowing lawns and doing carpentry projects for neighbors. At age 21 Bill and his brother Tom started Souder Brothers Construction and ran a very successful business for 20 years.
In 1999, Bill was ready for a new challenge and went to work for a successful area GC. He was responsible for starting a new services division, and quickly realized success building up the new department to a 7 million dollar business in a short 10 years.
In 2009, when the economy was in the worst shape in recent history, Bill was laid off. Not one to be kept down, Bill & his brother Tom reopened Souder Brothers in a time when many construction firms were failing. Failure is not a word in Bill's vocabulary.
More than 13 years later, Souder Brothers is once again thriving. When he's not working, Bill enjoys spending time with his family. He is also an avid runner, and enjoys spending time outdoors and reading.
